What this site is for

This website describes the appliance repair services offered by ecappliance in Charlotte, NC and the surrounding area, and lets you request a visit. It is provided for that purpose and for your personal, non-commercial use.

Accuracy of the information here

We keep the content of this site current, but appliance faults are diagnosed on site, not from a web page. Prices shown are typical starting prices for common repairs; they are not a quote, and the price for your appliance is the one given to you by the technician after diagnosis. Descriptions of common faults are general guidance, not instructions — do not use them as a basis for working on a live electrical or gas appliance yourself.

Submitting a request

When you use the request form you agree to give accurate contact details and an accurate description of the problem, and to use the form only to request service for an appliance you are responsible for. Submitting a request does not create an appointment; see the Terms of Service for how a booking is confirmed.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use this site to send automated or bulk submissions, to attempt to gain access to any part of it that is not public, to interfere with its operation, or to copy its content for republication elsewhere.

Where this site links to another — a map, a review profile, a manufacturer’s support page — we do not control that site and are not responsible for its content or its privacy practices.
